Shelina Janmohamed, author of “Love in a Headscarf,” reports on the popular semi-finalist (update: winner!) for the UK hit show “Great British Bake Off” — Nadiya Jamir Hussain. Besides being a fabulous baker and powerful on-screen presence, Nadiya also happens to be… Muslim.
