In his weekly commentary for Daily Beast, Dean Obeidallah writes about the 10th anniversary dinner for Muslim Advocates, a national legal advocacy and educational organization, where Attorney General Loretta Lynch was the keynote speaker and told the audience, “My message to the Muslim community is that we stand with you in these times.”
Obeidallah pens in his column: “In a time when we have seen a spike in anti-Muslim hate crimes and increasingly hateful words directed at our community by numerous Republicans, most notably Donald Trump and Ben Carson, Lynch made it clear that we are not alone.”
