Ghassan Maasri has a dream of restoring Beirut to what it once was before the sixteen-year Lebanese civil war – the cultural, commerce and educational pride of the Middle East. Mr. Maasri has started a nonprofit collective with the idea of supporting Beirut’s creative artists and urban professionals with the clear goal of making the city a better place to live.
