In this op-ed, Dalia Dassa Kaye (who is Director of the Center for Middle East Public Policy) says that given what happened in last week’s terrorist attacks in Tunisia, it is important that people don’t rush to assume that the country is “yet another failing Arab state on the brink of chaos.” And reminds us that Tunisia is the only country to have successfully completed a democratic election, and is still seen by many as the lone success of the Arab Spring.
