Abdullah Polovina has just received a Master’s degree at the Seattle University’s School of Theology and Ministry, where he was the first Muslim to attend the school. Polovina says he saw many similarities between the Islam and Christian faith, and “felt at home.” Polovina continues, “I strengthened my faith and strengthened myself as a leader.” He currently leads a congregation of Bosnian Muslims in Portalnd.
