Muslim Women’s Day occurred last week. It was a day dedicated to amplifying Muslim women’s voices. Speaking of which, founder Amani Al-Khatahtbeh moderated a panel filled with talented Muslim women discussing everything from the politics of modest fashion to cultural appropriation. Those on the panel included model and public speaker Mariah Idrissi, Haute Hijab founder Melanie Elturk, and modest fashion influencer Maria Alia.
