Startup Istanbul draws Middle-Eastern tech companies from Jordan, Pakistan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and for the first time this year, Iran. In fact, “start-up fever” is exploding in Iran where 65% of the country is under 35 and the HBO show Silicon Valley is a tremendous hit.
