Nearly a hundred Syrian refugees cross into Iraqi Kurdistan’s Peshkhabour border every day. In this video clip from the New York Times, we see a brother and sister reuniting at the border. The sister wants to finish her college degree in Syria while her brother wants her to leave the war-torn country and settle with him in Kurdistan.
