“The Pan-Arabia Enquirer” is the creation of an anonymous British man who used to live in the Gulf region and says it is a satirist’s duty to make fun of extremists like ISIS (see photo on their take on Fashion Week). Many of the writers are Muslims and Arabs, and are reported to be “on the ground.”
